Home/About/Pink Business

Some women build an empire. And some women build a routine disguised as a company.

Pink Business is the women's entrepreneurship community for those who already understood the difference and are tired of living on the wrong side.

A hub of business education and mentoring for businesswomen who have already proven the business and are ready to stop running.

No formula. No easy promise. No stage.

1Mirror

Read it out loud. See which of these you would say.

Every month I start from zero. I bill well, close the month, and on the 1st of the next month it is as if nothing had happened.
If I stop everything for a week, the company stops with me. Nothing moves without me breathing down its neck.
I know that what I deliver is good. But when it comes to explaining the value to the client, I freeze. I end up giving a discount or justifying the price.
Selling well in private, by word of mouth, by referral. But when I need to be sought out by new people, it is silence.

If you recognized at least one, you are in the right place. If you recognized more than two, we need to talk.

2What changes

What changes when you join.

We talk about the place you will arrive at.

  1. 1Clients who arrive through perceived value. You built enough authority to be sought out, without having to chase.
  2. 2Predictable revenue, even in a bad month. Out goes the roller coaster where one good month pays for two bad ones. Stability is the minimum to stop operating in a panic.
  3. 3Authority in the niche. Quiet authority, the kind that makes the right client look for you before you advertise.
  4. 4An end to the routine of chasing. The company stops depending on you waking up in the mood and starts running on the design you built.

These four things, and nothing else. No secret bonus and no hidden formula.

3Why Pink

Pink is what is missing in the middle.

Between the beginner course that teaches how to start and the motivational coach who teaches how to dream there is an empty place. Pink occupies that place.

Most spaces for women entrepreneurs treat the beginner (they teach you how to register a company) or the emotional side (they teach you to allow yourself). Pink treats the middle: the businesswoman who has already opened, already billed, already proven, and is stuck in a structure that demands too much of her body every month.

Pink Business is a business education hub and a community of businesswomen. No stage, no support group and no formula. It is the place where the businesswoman stops operating on improvisation and starts operating through the structure she designs herself.

I live everything I dreamed of today. I just do not live the dreams I abandoned.

4Criteria

Pink is selective, and it is better to say so now.

It is not for those who are starting out.

Beginners need other things first: product validation, first clients, an account in the black. This is not the place.

It is not for those who want a formula.

There is no step by step of "do X and earn Y" here. A mature company does not work that way, and anyone who promises it is selling an illusion.

It is not for those who seek an emotional stage.

Empowerment without action does not change numbers. Here we work on what changes numbers.

It is not for those who do not want to look inward.

If the company is stuck, a decision of yours is stuck with it. Anyone who does not want to touch that loses money by joining.

If you recognized yourself, appreciate the honesty and do not join. It is out of respect for your time and for the group that will join.

5Who leads

Who leads Pink.

Pati Velles. 15 years in field sales, a broken record, a team led. Graduated in Business Management, with a focus on Startups. Outside Pink, leads the sales track at Grupo PV and mentors business owners in structuring sales.

At Pink, I am the businesswoman who understood early that you cannot scale by carrying the company on your back, and who built a structure where the company carries her.

I came to show you what I have already operated and what I would not operate again.

6Pillars

What we stand for in here.

  1. 1A mature businesswoman is not taught. She is provoked.
  2. 2A good client chooses by perception, and the discount stays out.
  3. 3Positioning is built. It is not improvised.
  4. 4Those who operate in a panic charge it to the body. Every month.
  5. 5Quiet authority weighs more than a noisy stage.
  6. 6Structure is freedom. Improvisation is a disguised cage.
  7. 7A woman entrepreneur grows with criteria.
7Entry

How entry works.

Entry to Pink is not by a checkout button. There is a conversation first, to understand the scenario of the business, the point where you are and whether joining now or three months from now is the best decision.

Those who join, join to stay. Those who do not join leave with clarity about what they need beforehand.

The door exists. Whoever gets here already knows it is selective.
