Brand
Positioning, identity, organic content, web and creative direction. The track that makes the company be seen for the value it delivers, not for the price it charges.
Meet PedroInside, the marketing and sales operation shares the same table, the same number and the same deadline.
This page is for people who already understood what we do and want to see how we operate.
45 minutes. No institutional presentation.
Content, ads, funnel and sales aligned.
The adjustment is decided in the meeting, not by email.
Positioning, offer and channel reassessed.
The classic split that charges a lot and delivers half.
The agency looks after the brand. The consultancy unblocks sales. They speak different languages, bill separately and hand back to you the hardest part: translating one to the other.
The result is a beautiful brand standing still and aggressive selling burning what is left. Grupo PV exists to end that translation.
Marketing without sales is audience without revenue.
Brand and sales operate integrated. They do not just talk in a meeting: they operate together.
Positioning, identity, organic content, web and creative direction. The track that makes the company be seen for the value it delivers, not for the price it charges.
Meet PedroSales process, funnel diagnostic, team mentoring, conversion content and reading the numbers. The track that turns opportunity into a signed contract.
Meet PatiNothing is sold as a package deal. Both tracks start, operate and review together, from the first summary to the numbers meeting.
No fancy names and no slide template. This is what we do:
We read the company's numbers, process, brand and pitch. We look at the sales funnel, the content, what the team says in meetings and what the customer understands out there. In the end the bottleneck shows up, almost always far from where the company thought it was.
Brand and sales decisions starting from the same sentence: who you are, who you speak to and what you stand against. A positioning that fits on Instagram, in the commercial proposal and in the team meeting.
Brand applied where it needs to be seen. Funnel built where the sale happens. Content running on a logic of authority. Sales team trained to close within the pitch the brand sustains.
Ongoing follow-up, with review by the numbers. When something does not work, we adjust, without dressing up the report.
Nothing is a pretty PDF for the shelf. Everything is a living document, reviewed in meetings. Each stage has a start, an end and an owner. A deal is a deal.
The rhythm of operation separates execution from improvisation.
Internal meeting. Scheduled content, ads under review, funnel monitored and sales aligned with what the brand says out there.
Reading the numbers: acquisition cost, cost per contact, conversion by stage and sales cycle. The adjustment is decided in the meeting, not by email.
Review with the founder or leadership. Positioning, offer and channel reassessed: what changed in the market, what changed in the company, what needs a new direction.
The dashboard exists to decide. Every number has a decision attached.
How much you spend to bring in each new customer. If it rises every month, something between the ad and the payment is leaking.
How much revenue each customer generates over time. With a low LTV, selling more only tires the operation.
Out of every 100 contacts, how many become a meeting. Out of every 10 meetings, how many become a contract. This is where the bottleneck shows up.
How long it takes from first contact to close. A cycle that is too long is usually a weak brand behind a strong proposal.
How much each opportunity costs. In 2025, the cost per contact in Facebook sign-up campaigns rose 21% in the United States, according to WordStream. In Brazil, since January 2026 Meta passes PIS/Cofins and ISS on to the advertiser: about 12.15% more on the invoice. Anyone who has not reviewed the sales structure pays more to sell the same.
Return on what goes into ads. On its own it misleads. Crossed with the closing rate, it shows the full math.

Every number has a decision attached. There is no loose number in the operation.
Operation is a team designed for each project, not a duo.
The sales track is led by Pati Velles: diagnostic, team mentoring and funnel review. The brand track is led by Pedro Screltz: positioning, creative direction and organic content.
The execution tracks (paid traffic, social media, design and web) come in according to the project scope and answer directly to the duo.
We would rather say it now than find out in the third month.
If you recognized the picture, we appreciate the honesty and point you to a path. No pushing a contract.
Direct answers, the way we answer in the meeting.
It works in four connected stages: diagnostic, positioning, structure and ongoing operation. Brand and sales operate at the same table, with the same number and the same deadline. Each stage has a written deliverable, an agreed deadline and a defined owner.
Each stage produces a document: operational summary, bottleneck map, sales diagnostic, positioning map, verbal platform, documented funnel, sales script, editorial calendar, indicator dashboard and minutes of every meeting. Everything is a living document, reviewed in meetings.
The operation tracks customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), conversion by funnel stage, sales cycle, cost per contact and return on ad spend (ROAS). Each metric has a decision attached, and no number sits loose on the dashboard.
Weekly: internal operations meeting, covering content, ads, funnel and sales. Monthly: meeting with the contracting company to read the numbers and decide adjustments. Quarterly: review with the founder or leadership on positioning, offer and channel.
We serve all of Brazil remotely, with in-person meetings when the project calls for it. The operation does not change with the postal code. What changes is how often the meeting happens at your table.
Numbers meetings and quarterly reviews happen online.
